Service Description
This class is accessible for most people including beginners or those who believe that they are not flexible enough to do yoga. Everybody is different and all poses can be adapted to suit you. We supply blocks to assist with your practice. Vinyasa Yoga offers a fun way to be physically active while also learning breathing exercises and mindfulness practices. In this class you will learn many of the traditional yoga shapes in a way that suits your body. You can expect to start with grounding (mindfulness), breathwork (pranayama), move into standing poses, balancing and then finish with seated or lying postures and a rejuvenating Savasana (or yogic rest) before a closing gratitude practice.
